  • Team Structure

    The Operation Group, which is responsible for the operation of the power plant, consists of a team led by a Commercial Asset Manager and a Technical Asset Manager. The team is structured to respond quickly to everything from power plant financing and performance management to troubleshooting.

    Operations Group

    Commercial AM
    We assign a representative to each project who is responsible for the overall operation and management of the power generation business, as well as briefing and reporting to stakeholders.

    Technical Group

    Technical AM
    Manages and analyzes power plants, and provides instructions to O&M operators. Works with Commercial AM to maximize asset value.

    Administrator

    Back office support
    Provides support for the front desk staff, including data entry for each case, issuing instructions, and handling mail.
