Asset Management

Asset Management

Maximizing business value through the integration of physical assets, capital, and people.
Shizen Operations maximizes the asset value of our clients’ power plants by integrating three core elements: the technical management of power plants (“physical assets”), the management of the cash flows generated from them (“capital”), and the building of relationships with “people” in local communities, which form the foundation of the business.
