As part of Shizen Energy group “We take action for the blue planet”. Developing and building the asset is only the start - in Shizen Operations we thoroughly focus on the operation of renewable power plants for the whole lifetime.

We strive to create value for our customers by maintaining and improving the value of the asset. As part of our vision to "provide One-stop services to maximize the value of power plants," our experts in monitoring, maintenance, repair and construction, yield improvement and asset management take a holistic view on your valuable asset.

In the post-FIT era the requirements for operation have increased. International investors bring additional requests. Recently we increasingly face demand for storage (BESS). We take these challenges and continue to improve and extend our service.

Jan Warzecha

Career: After finishing his studies, Jan gathered experience for 9 years at the Europe based OC&C strategy consultants in business consulting. He developed strategies involving logistics, marketing, M&A, etc. for a wide range of industries. In 2007 he joined juwi AG in the function of corporate development. He held different responsible positions within the juwi group in Germany & EMEA, in the areas of R&D, business development, and engineering & constructions of wind & solar. In 2016 Jan joined juwi Shizen Energy Inc. (now Shizen Engineering Inc.) and became representative director of juwi Shizen Energy Inc. and JUWI Shizen Energy Operation Inc. (now Shizen Operations Inc.) in December.
