[Melted connector] Speedy response minimized power generation loss

Problem detection
All 320 strings were remotely monitored, and power output was confirmed as 0.

Cause
A fused connector was found. (See the photo below)
If the cable is disconnected due to a melted connector, power generation loss will occur in the string. In order to minimize the power generation loss, the power generation equipment must be restored as quickly as possible.

Response
1. On-site personnel responded to the site within a few hours after the problem was detected. Inspection continued to the next day, and a melted connector was found to be the cause of the problem.

2. A replacement connector was procured and the replacement was carried out by on-site personnel. We also confirmed that everything was restored from the monitoring point.
